Do I need an appointment to use your services?
For most of our services we'd recommend contacting us to book an appointment — that way there's no waiting and we can give you our full attention. You're still welcome to pop in for quick over-the-counter advice. Just give us a call on 01483 561805 and we'll find a time that suits you.
Can you manage my repeat prescriptions?
Yes. We can order your regular NHS medicines from your GP, dispense them on time, and let you know when they're ready to collect. Pop in or call us and we'll set everything up for you. We'd recommend ordering your repeat prescription about a week before you run out, so there's always plenty of time to prepare it.
How do I book a private service, like travel vaccinations or a B12 injection?
Simply call us on 01483 561805 or pop in. We'll check availability, talk through what you need, and always confirm any price with you before your appointment.
Can I speak to the pharmacist in private?
Absolutely. We have a private consultation room where you can discuss your health, your medicines or a sensitive matter in complete confidence — just ask at the counter and we'll be glad to help.
What should I do if I need urgent help when you're closed?
For urgent medical advice when we're closed, call NHS 111 or visit 111.nhs.uk. In a life-threatening emergency, always call 999.
